The childhood is a turbulent time with much natural energy and creativity. Eyes and mind are open and learning things is fun. During this time it is easy for children to experience and enjoy their body. We should use this circumstance to explain the concept of body and soul to them.
Yoga shows a way towards our inner self. Through practicing Yoga children can build up a healthy and strong body, balance their mind and find inner peace. I offer Yoga in small groups with up to 8 children.
